Why do I need professionally written workforce documents?

While you may be knowledgeable of your skills, capabilities, experience and expertise, the workforce requires the submission of professional documents (resumes, cover letters, etc.) in order to evaluate how your experience aligns with the qualifications of the role before meeting you in person. It is your first professional introduction to the company that you're applying for and this is the first deciding factor in whether or not you will move forward in a company's staffing process. Additionally, when allowing a professional to create your documents, your success rate increases as a professional has the knowledgeable ability to tailor your resume in a format that positions you as the obvious choice for the role.

Why HCC and not my career services department at my university?

As a retired career services volunteer, I am aware that some career services departments may not offer all of the services that you need to take advantage of and if they do, it may not fit with your schedule. It is also common to feel as if you are receiving a “routine-based” consultation and not a consultation that is tailored to your situation. At HCC, it is our duty to provide you with a well-rounded, unrivaled developmental experience that is tailored especially for you. Our hours expand beyond 8-5 and we are flexible to better serve you.

Can you explain your process?

You will select your service or product at checkout. HCC will reach out to you via email or over the phone to schedule an appointment with you to further discuss your needs and expectations. Your availability will be discussed if you are purchasing a career coaching service. After your draft has been completed, you will receive a rough draft of your document(s) and you will have 24 hours to request any changes. Once you review and confirm that your documents are satisfactory, you will receive your final documents in a PDF and editable word document format.

What is your turn around time?

Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the final delivery of your products.

How will we communicate throughout the process?

We will communicate via calls, text messages and emails.

What is your customer service policy?

As a client of Hampton Career Consulting, you are entitled to a service guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your new workforce documents or customer service, you will receive 100% refund, within reason.
