4.5.21 Motivational Monday

DON’T GIVE UP-GET UP!

Happy Monday y’all! As we know, yesterday was Resurrection Day & I hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did! Of course, I kept seeing and hearing “He is Risen” all of yesterday and as I expressed joy and gratitude for Jesus getting up for us..I thought about the potential impacts of us not getting up for whoever and whatever is depending on us. What if we give up on visions that God has shown us? What if we give up on the purpose that God has placed deep down on the inside of us? What if we let our unforeseen circumstances and obstacles defeat us? What if we let our distractions arrest us? What if we give up...right before the breakthrough? No really—WHAT IF? I can’t imagine what it would be like if Jesus didn’t get up again, but I’m so grateful that I don’t have to find out! I was so full off yesterday’s sermon, so everything stuck with me but it was this specifically: “often times we highlight celebration, but skip over the suffering.” The Pastor said this in relation to how we can get caught up in celebrating Jesus’ rising, but we don’t really deep dive and praise the suffering He endured. I said that to say this, BE INSPIRED! Even if you are suffering from some things, don’t give up, GET UP LIKE JESUS DID FOR US!!! You are anointed with greatness and God will never give you more than you can handle. Have a bad moment or a bad day if you need to. Fall down and fall out like a toddler if you need to, but when you finish GET BACK UP & GO GET IT!!! YOUR rising after you’ve been knocked down could be the key to things bigger than you could ever imagine. Enjoy your week & see you on Thursday for our prayer line! ❤️
